This symposium is organized by ICC International Court of Arbitration, CIETAC and CCOIC.  And the overall theme is the introduction to recent updates and new developments of international commercial arbitration. Honored guest speakers include John Beehey, Chairman of ICC International Court of Arbitration, Jianlong Yu, Secretary General of CIETAC and Ow Kim Kit, Director of ICC Arbitration and ADR in Asia. Topics of experts’ presentations will cover from commercial arbitration rules, statistics, development, benefits to enforcement. Legal practitioners, experts and business users are all welcome.

This symposium is free of charge and the language is English. Informal discussion and tea break are provided. The venue is Kempinski Hotel Beijing and the time is 14:00 – 17:00 on July 5, 2011.
