We would like to propose to your company the assistance in the sphere of protection of your clients in the sphere of industrial property protection in Ukraine and Russia.

The staff of our agency includes patent engineers with two master’s degrees in base field and master degree in the sphere of intellectual property protection. Having practice more than 10 -15 years they can render service in almost all fields of science as to patent application proceedings. Also the agency includes a group of high experienced specialists in translation of the patent documentation from English, German into Russian, Ukrainian in almost all fields of science including mechanic engineering, construction, telecommunications, chemistry, agrochemistry, medicine, pharmacology, biotechnology/molecular biology, genetic engineering, pharmaceutical preparations/drugs, plant varieties etc.

To be the translation of patent application mostly accurate and correct as to the essence of the invention, disclosed in original language, we have never addressed to the translation agencies even with good reputation as an agency of a translation of technical and patent documentation. Our opinion bases on long term practice and collaboration with such domestic and foreign agencies which have no experiences in the high professional translation of such specific patent documentation nevertheless they have high qualified specialists in translation of a technical literature. In my opinion as an experienced patent attorney the responsibility for the patent application from its translation to patent granting must bear the patent attorney to whom the applicant had trusted his patent application.
