Seminar on Trademark Protection in China

China Trademark Official, former Chief Justice of IP Tribunal of China Supreme People's Court and well-known IP lawyer will speak on trademark protection in China, including anti-counterfeiting, and its latest news. In China trademark protection can be obtained through two distinct procedures: judicial and/or administrative. They will talk and answer questions on how to effectively protect trademark against counterfeiting through the two procedures.
