Can you please tell me who to email or where I can find the "Obscenity Laws" for The Peoples Republic Of China?  I am a student from the US in a Business Law class.

Thanks for your email.

As far as I know, China has no special "Obscenity Law".  You may only find some articles (contents) in other laws, some regulations and notices issued by the administrative authorities and some judicial interpretation regarding specific obscenity problems.
