消息：

2006年10月11日至12日，国家保护知识产权工作组办公室（soipp）与德国技术合作公司合作主办的“知识产权保护的法律程序—快速程序及其他高效率机制”研讨会在北京举行，冉瑞雪律师应国家保护知识产权工作组办公室邀请以“中国知识产权诉讼中如何调取必要的证据”为题发表了演讲。

同月19日，由德国司法部下属的法律工作者联谊会组织的德国法官律师代表团一行31人参观了高朋天达律师事务所并与其进行了为期一天的研讨，冉瑞雪律师承担了知识产权法部分的讲演和研讨任务。

近日，为加强国有企业知识产权保护力度，国家保护知识产权工作组办公室、国家行政学院联合举办了“保护知识产权”专题研讨班，来自国有重要骨干企业的80名学员对加强企业知识产权保护工作进行了深入研讨。

近日，交通银行北京分行与其专业合作机构连城资产评估公司、北京资和信担保有限公司等，联手推出“展业通”小企业知识产权质押融资贷款金融产品，并成功签署了首笔知识产权质押贷款借款合同。

近日，东莞中院受理的首例专利案件通过调解结案。东莞中院是广东省今年新增的三个具有专利纠纷案件第一审管辖权的中级法院之一，该院自今年9月1日起正式受理辖区内的专利纠纷案件。

·          拥有自主知识产权的"中视二号"芯片研制成功

近日，我国具有完全自主知识产权、符合国家数字电视地面传输标准的信道解调芯片“中视二号”，由清华大学、复旦大学和复旦微纳电子有限公司合作研制成功。预计“中视二号”芯片的大规模应用将出现在2007年下半年。

·          第二代闪联电视研制成功

近日， tcl、康佳、海信、创维、长虹等五大电视企业联合宣布第二代闪联高清电视研制成功。与此同时，美的集团等12家顺德企业也与闪联正式签署协议，成为闪联联盟成员。

·   中国-蒙古国知识产权法律制度研讨会在京举行

近日，中国国家知识产权局和蒙古国知识产权局在北京共同举办了“中国-蒙古国知识产权法律制度研讨会”。与会的一百二十余名代表围绕中蒙两国知识产权法律制度的建设与完善进行了交流与探讨，并重点介绍了蒙古国的知识产权法律制度。

on october 11 and 12th, the state office of intellectual property protection (soipp) and the german technology cooperation company held the legal procedures for intellectual property protection seminar.  the main focus topics of this seminar were quick procedures and other high efficiency mechanisms.  ms. ran ruixue was invited to speak on the topic of "how to collect necessary evidence during chinese intellectual property litigation.

on october 19, 2006 east associates hosted a delegation of thirty-one judges and attorneys from germany. during the visit, east associate attorneys and the german delegates attended a seminar on chinese law and practice. ms. ran ruixue was the keynote speaker on china's ip law.

on november 6, 2006, aten international company, ltd. and aten technology, inc. filed a complaint requesting that the u.s. international trade commission (itc) institute a section 337 investigation regarding certain switches and products containing same. the itc has identified six companies from the u.s., japan and taiwan province of china respectively as respondents in the above mentioned complaint.

recently, for the purpose of enhancing the intellectual property protection of state-owned enterprises, the state office of intellectual property protection (soipp) and china national school of administration jointly held a special class regarding ip protection. the eighty attendees from the key state-owned enterprises deeply discussed the protection of the enterprises’ intellectual property. 

·          beijing branch of bank of communications provide pledge loan       to small enterprises  

recently, the beijing branch of the bank of communications and its special cooperation agencies, such as liancheng property appraisal co., ltd. and beijing property and credit guarantee co., ltd., jointly provided a financial product named “zhanyetong” for small enterprises’ financing through a pledge loan, and signed the first loan contract for an intellectual property pledge loan.

·          first patent dispute at dongguan intermediate people’s court  closed by settlement

recently, the first patent case accepted by dongguan intermediate people’s court was closed by settlement. since september 1, 2006 dongguan intermediate people’s court began accepting patent cases under its jurisdiction.  this court, which has jurisdiction as a court of first instance over patent cases, is one of the three intermediate people’s courts created by guangdong province this year.

·          “zhongshi no. 2”clip owning independent ip

 successfully developed  

recently, the “zhongshi no. 2” channel demodulation clip, comprising independently owned intellectual property and conforming to national ground transmission standards for digital television, was successfully developed by tsinghua university, fudan university and fudan micro-nano electronics co., ltd. it is expected that the large-scale application of the “zhongshi no. 2” clip will begin in the latter half of 2007.

·          second generation igrs television successfully developed

recently, the five famous television enterprises, i.e. tcl, konka, hisense, skyworth and changhong, jointly announced the successful development of the second generation igrs (intelligent grouping and resource sharing) television. at the same time, 12 enterprises located in shunde including media group became members of igrs by signing formal agreement with igrs.

held in beijing

recently, the state intellectual property office of the prc and the intellectual property office of mongolia jointly held a seminar on chinese and mongolian ip legal systems in beijing. more than 120 representatives attended the seminar and discussed the construction and perfection of a chinese and mongolian ip legal system, with emphases on the mongolian ip legal system.
