“中欧科技年：为可持续性互惠互利的合作”研讨会（"china-eu science & technology year: cooperation for sustainable mutual benefit"）将于10月11日在布鲁塞尔举行。这是为即将到来的中欧科技年做准备，以加强中欧在科技领域的合作。

近年来，欧盟与中国在科学技术领域的关系越来越密切，iter与galileo就是两个战略项目的范例。但是许多其他参与的项目已经进入到不同的学科领域中。即将到来的欧盟第七次科研框架项目与中国的第十一五规划将会给双方在战略合作方面带来宝贵的契机。2007中欧科技年的合作项目将大力推动中欧在这方面的合作。
