dear judge jiang,
i am a student at the faculty of law at the university of british columbia in vancouver, canada. i have been researching information about china's new and improved ipr laws and regulations. i am so impressed at the progress that china has made in the past 20 years with respect to its enforcement of ipr.
i am looking for particular information with respect to whether or not there are cases yet dealing with trademark infringements for the olympic symbol. would you be able to point me in the right direction?
many thanks,
stephanie brodie
